About the Role

As Growth Marketing Manager at MotoRefi, you will collaborate with members of the Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive forward projects that increase lead volume and conversion rates. You will create, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns, A/B tests, and product features designed to meet company-wide growth goals. 

Over the next 12 months you will 

  • Identify and scope opportunities to increase conversion throughout the customer journey through improved communications, new product features, and creative workarounds, among countless other approaches
  • Help connect various business areas in order to align efforts around increasing internal efficiency, delivering the most value to our customers, and attracting new customers
  • Develop landing pages to attract and educate customers on the auto refinance process
  • Identify segments and personas through which we can further tailor our customer experiences to best serve our audience
  • Help Sales, Product, and Engineering to automate & improve processes that are currently manual or time consuming for our customers or our contact center
  • Develop and investigate hypotheses around customer behavior and value
  • Help build out MotoRefi’s content library and brand assets
  • Support other team members on projects related to affiliate partners, new business development, and user research

About You

  • Startup athlete with experience working in a handful of the following platforms:
    • Segment
    • Braze (formerly AppBoy)
    • Other email or SMS platforms, such as Iterable, Marketo, or Twilio
    • Google Analytics
    • Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
    • AppsFlyer or other attribution software
    • Zapier or AutoPilot
    • Affiliate tracking software, such as ImpactRadius
    • Working in tandem with engineering teams to integrate with a CRM, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Understanding of basic analytical concepts, particularly around engagement rates, experimentation, and common marketing KPIs
  • 3+ years of experience in growth or data-driven marketing
  • Strong written skills and ability to transform complex concepts into consumer-friendly language
  • Passionate about delivering value to your customers

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the needs of customers seeking refinancing and their perceived value of rates, terms, products, and the significance of using a service like MotoRefi
  • Help to develop the Growth Marketing roadmap and determine the projects needed to achieve milestones along the roadmap
  • Collaborate with team members to design experiments, features, and campaigns, and reporting out to the team with results and learnings
  • Carry out user research with both internal and external users to validate learnings and/or develop new hypotheses
  • Collaborate with teams like Sales, Loan Processing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to drive forward company-wide initiatives as well as Marketing-specific projects
  • Implement both permanent and temporary solutions for customer pain points or gaps in insight to the customer experience
  • Implement landing page experiments via Unbounce
  • Analyze user engagement via tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, and Unbounce (experience with SQL/BigQuery a plus)
