About the Role

As Growth Marketer at MotoRefi, you will create, implement, and analyze campaigns and A/B tests designed to increase conversion through the customer journey and automate & improve communications currently sent manually.

 

Over the next 12 months you will 

  • Develop emails, SMS, and landing pages to help customers efficiently complete the application process to refinance their vehicles and save hundred of dollars on their monthly payments
  • Develop emails, SMS, and landing pages to educate customers on the auto refinance process and drive awareness
  • Identify segments and personas through which we can further tailor our communications to the types of customers coming to our pages
  • Help build out MotoRefi’s content library and brand
  • Support other team members on projects related to affiliate partners, new product developments, and user research

 

About You

 

  • Startup pro with email/SMS experience, preferably in Braze (formerly Appboy)
  • Understanding of basic analytical concepts, particularly around engagement rates, experimentation, and common marketing KPIs
  • 3+ years of experience in growth or data-driven marketing
  • Strong written skills and ability to transform complex concepts into consumer-friendly language
  • Passionate about delivering value to your customers

Responsibilities

 

  • Deeply understand the needs of customers seeking refinancing and their perceived value of rates, terms, products, and the significance of using a service like MotoRefi
  • Help to develop a short and long-term communications roadmap and determine the projects needed to achieve milestones along the roadmap
  • Collaborate with team members to design experiments and campaigns, and reporting out to the team with results and learnings
  • Carry out user research with both internal and external users to validate learnings and/or develop new hypotheses
  • Implement communications campaigns via Braze (formerly Appboy), including light content development, template creation, and related campaign setup
  • Implement landing page experiments via Unbounce
  • Analyze user engagement via tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, and Unbounce (experience with SQL/BigQuery a plus)
