Senior HRIS Anaylst

Term: 3 Month contract

What you will be doing:

  • The role will help manage reporting, auditing data for maximum accuracy
  • Performs system maintenance, including entering or updating employee data, assisting in the review and testing of files
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
  • Acts as back-up for operations team members, assisting with file audits, data entry, time and attendance management and other duties as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Project management expertise
  • HRIS data administration experience (Ceridian preferred; experience with other systems helpful)
  • Experience testing of upgrades, patches and new applications to verify new and existing functionality
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the HR function & processes, inclusive of extensive knowledge of leave management
