Who You Are:

MOSAIC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (100% Remote/ or In-Office) within the Talent Management Department who provides full lifecycle recruiting with demonstrated experience recruiting for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). Our focus for Talent Management is to build and lead programs that are principled and intentional, driven by data and aligned with our growing and dynamic business. As a member of our team, you would contribute to MOSAIC’s success in the following ways:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with management to develop job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral
  • Sources candidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors
  • Screens candidates and coordinates interviews to recruit prospective employees
  • Manages applicant tracking systems (ATS) and creates reports and metrics analysis
  • Ability to deeply understand business needs and influence key stakeholders to adopt new, creative ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and environment and versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously
  • Expertise in Recruiting with a focus on the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels and functions
  • A deeply collaborative nature with a teamwork approach to Recruiting/Talent Management
  • Filling a mix of Prime contracts as well as subcontracts with our vendors/teammates
  • Must understand compliance for recruiting and follow all compliance guidelines for requisition postings, record keeping, and candidate dispositioning
  • Works well in a team environment to assist team to fill current openings with strong candidates
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and uncover new talent to build the MOSAIC team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in Recruiting
  • Ability to source candidates from various job boards, including LinkedIn, Monster and cleared job boards
  • Experience in prescreening and qualifying candidates against open positions
  • Ability to screen candidates to a technical requisition and assess candidate fit
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to interface with hiring managers
  • Experience and familiarity recruiting in the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) is required
  • Ability to handle a Requirements load consisting of varied skillsets commensurate with expectations of a Senior Technical Recruiter

Desired experience:

  • Experience with Greenhouse® Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
