As Marketing Manager at Mosaic Group, you will a part of the marketing team, and be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the mobile apps in day-to-day activities of the marketing team at Mosaic Group. In this role, you will be crafting creative assets with the creative team, improving and managing app store app pages, optimizing product marketing strategies, being on the radar of major competitors' updates, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring that all marketing material is in line with brand identity, and researching and improving communication with the app users. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team; generate ideas for the creatives; assign tasks to designer and copywriters; brainstorm scripts and scenarios, and design concepts; assist in shooting video
  • Drive the primary analysis of creatives' performance; come up with new test ideas
  • Manage the writing of copywrites (slogans, descriptions, promo texts, what's new, etc.), flawlessly localize marketing materials
  • Prepare and upload App Store & Google Play metadata, create custom product pages, prepare the app featuring requests, stay on top of the latest ASO changes and apply them accordingly
  • Conduct marketing analysis for new markets, and test new app ideas
  • Assisting in social media marketing management

What will make you a good fit:    

  • Experience working with ASO, monetization and UA
  • Advanced understanding of the mobile market
  • Understanding of metrics and ways to impact them (CPI, CPT, LTV, tLTV, CTR, iPM, iCVR, etc.)
  • Knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Awareness of Apple and Google marketing guidelines, compliance guidelines, etc. is an advantage
  • Experience working with mobile analytical tools and software (e.g., SensorTower, AppFollow, Looker, Jira, Basecamp, Upwork, Figma, is a strong plus
  • Creative technics: setting brainstorms for the team, ability to create scripts, design concepts, arrange shootings, work with designers to provide a complete creative
  • Experience in planning, task prioritization, creation and overseeing the content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Confident written and spoken English (B2+)
