This is a unique opportunity to drive the intersection of data and finance as a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Mosaic Group. As a senior manager, FP&A; you will be tasked with building, owning, maintaining our global revenue forecast, as well as automating analytics and reporting for all of our business units. You will drive analysis into KPIs for all of our business units, which is vital to the decision making process for our executive teams. You will report to the VP of FP&A, and work collaboratively with all business units from Sales to BI/DE to ensure the highest caliber of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

The Mosaic's finance team collaborates across the organization, providing financial, operational and analytical support to ensure business health and continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own global forecasting model and analytics
  • Drive enhanced intelligence by providing insightful analysis to daily trends within KPIs
  • Possess a clear understanding of the operating model and drive scenario analysis to test strategic initiatives
  • Drive and maintain a level of automation in analytics reporting to eliminate inefficiency and provide maximum insight 
  • Work with massive data reports to analyze sales and operating performance that will help make important business decisions
  • Work as a key member of the FP&A Top-Line team to holistically understand historical results in order to optimize forecast accuracy 
  • Partner with the strategy stakeholders to influence the business to grow intelligently
  • Partner with Mosaic's Internal BI team to build out and maintain analytics consistency within all of the company's data infrastructure and tools
  • Along with VP, FP&A to present monthly/quarterly forecasts to business partners, internal executives, as well as parent company executives
  • Work as a part of the broader FP&A team to understand the company's financials, analytics, and help the organization to scale thoughtfully
  • Train other employees to use data to answer questions without assistance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, in data analytics, investment banking, consulting, and/or FP&A
  • A mastery of data analysis and visualization using Business Intelligence tools such as Looker
  • You are fluent in numbers, modeling, and data analysis including best practices and relevant tools.
  • You can explain complex datasets or queries to non-technical people in understandable ways
  • You have a natural curiosity and investigative mindset - driven to know "why"
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • You are a clear, concise communicator that works well with others

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with large product data and reporting
  • Experience with data warehouses and visualization tools such as Snowflake or Looker
  • Experience building forecasts and/or predictive models

Pay Range: $115,000 to $130,000. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Mosaic’s/Teltech’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short and long-term incentives.
