As a part of the marketing team, the Mobile Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, launching new UA channels, crafting plans for our creative team and comfortable with optimizing to certain customer acquisition targets. Success in this role will require experience in acquisition, activation and retention of users within a mobile app with the goal of driving lower funnel events. This role will report into the Head of Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Fully manage all paid media, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms
  • Work directly with the design team to test different creatives to use for UA
  • Track best practices, monitor industry and competitor trends
  • Track and report on campaign performance using advanced LTV and cohorts' analysis
  • Uncover growth and optimization opportunities with your own data queries and pivot tables
  • Optimization and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded
  • Identify new partner and platforms, negotiate terms and pricing as needed
  • Define A/B or multivariate testing, monitoring results and applying insight gained to other campaigns
  • Work closely with the product team for app releases and product development
  • Reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with channel goals and KPIs
  • Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyses
  • Managing and monitoring budgets

Qualifications:

  • You’ve got 3-5 years of experience under your belt in growth marketing for an app
  • You’re an organized, diligent, and earnest marketer with an orientation towards detail and the capability to analyze and articulate campaign performance against specific business goals
  • You’re a problem solver and not phased by an untangling of systems and processes to make things better
  • You crave data — always curious about how and why things work and why sometimes they don’t
  • Superior verbal communication skills, diplomacy and positivity
  • Be comfortable working with MMPs and providing solutions to tracking & attribution.
