As a Vice President of Marketing, you will lead the Apalon’s best in the industry digital marketing team, strategic vision, performance marketing and marketing roadmap across all Apalon portfolio applications to drive growth and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a dynamic digital marketing team and a proven track record of effectively developing and instituting processes and best practices to achieve KPI results. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a confident decision maker.

The VP of Marketing will collaborate with business stakeholders to bring new and exciting features and applications to market. They will lead the coordination on strategic initiatives to support business objectives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Own vision, strategy and execution of marketing roadmap across Aplaon portfolio of applications

  • Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy for Apalon app portfolio and optimize multi-million dollar investment across all advertising platforms.

  • Establish KPI goals, marketing tactics and processes. Monitor performance and ensure team is executing to effectively meet goals.

  • Lead marketing team, establish a winning team culture of collaboration, transparency, a growth mindset and an iterative ‘test and learn’ mentality

  • Manage marketing team, maintain clear roles/responsibilities. Empower team with decision making and autonomy. Develop team members with training and hands on experience.

  • Evaluate competitive landscape to identify opportunities and headwinds.

  • Work with marketing team to establish comprehensive test plans, target dates and executive summaries

  • Work closely with Product, Analytics and Platform teams to understand KPI and opportunities

  • Manage communication with key stakeholders and Mosaic Executive team regarding KPI progress and marketing performance

  • Ownership of Marketing Forecast and Financial model inputs

  • Evaluate ongoing resource needs to achieve short/long term business objectives.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant digital performance marketing experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading and managing digital performance marketing team

  • Demonstrated experience and success in mobile app performance marketing

  • Experience in mobile advertising platforms - Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, programmatic, and in-app advertising platforms.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about mobile marketing vertical.

  • Strong strategic planning, oversight on execution and optimization.

  • Must be effective in communicating(written and verbal) to provide concise, timely and accurate updates to management.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Forecasting and budgeting experience required
