As an HR Director, you will be responsible for support of all strategic human resource needs and initiatives. Reporting to the VP of HR EMEA, this role is a critical business partner and will act as a liaison for the leadership team, HR specialists and executive team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage for day to day execution of HR and talent strategy;

  • Building strong partnership with business and consult the US-based and BY-based executive teams on all the human resources related activities;

  • Operational support of all human resource needs and initiatives;

  • Working closely with department management to assess in-house talent and facilitate the

    operational strategy to identify and retain current talent;

  • Partner with the Recruiting Team to ensure that we are attracting the right talent;

  • Manage local employee relations to support the business objectives and deliver a meaningful

    employee experience;

  • Promote a positive employer-employee relationship while keeping a pulse on our culture,

    morale and engagement;

  • On the ground subject matter expert and resource for the business providing both strategic

    and hands-on expertise with HR policy and practice;


  • Develop and promote a positive employer-employee relationship while keeping a pulse on the culture, morale and engagement levels across the team-celebrating successes as we drivetowards aggressive business goals;
