Summary
We are seeking a Mailout Package Specialist to join our team. As a Mailout Package Specialist, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.
Responsibilities
Assist with all Mailout pools
Review the intakes before mailing out documents for any missing information
Mail out retainer packages to clients
Process incoming mail with SSA and/or OHO
File representation documents for Case Developers/Legal Assistants
Assist Case Developers and Legal Assistants with questions
Make follow up calls in regards to the retainer packages
Contact clients for address verification's (when the rep docs come back as undeliverable)
Receive incoming calls from clients and intake relating to the retainer packages
Assist clients with questions in regards to the retainer packages
Assist with any emails that come to the SS-Mailout inbox
Assist with faxes that come in
Entry level position compensating at $15.00 an hour
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Must be available to work Monday-Friday (open availability)
Ability to be a team player and follow procedures
Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
