Summary
Our Medical Operations team is looking for customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people and who are dedicated to providing a first-class customer experience for our clients! The MPI department is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and ideal candidates will be available to work shifts during those business hours. This is an entry-level position, 5 days a week in office(Monday-Friday) and compensation is $17.00/hour + benefits.
Responsibilities
- Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
- Gathering client medical treatment documentation.
- Monitoring and confirming client treatment.
- Communicating with medical providers to confirm and/or follow up on client.
- Entering information in the applicable system/software with accuracy.
- Composing emails and verbal correspondence to providers and legal staff.
- Submitting requests for medical records and bills.
- Working with leadership and other team members to deliver high quality service.
- Being a team player, stepping in when asked to train new team members and ensure a great working environment for all.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple
- Excellent oral communication with an outgoing personality.
- Able to multitask and learn quickly.
- Must thrive in a team environment.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating.
