Job Description: HR Data Analyst
Background & Position: Morgan & Morgan is an incredible tech-savvy legal firm with over 5,000 employees and a distributed geographic footprint that is continuously expanding across the nation. With our exponential growth, our need for operational support roles to support our talent & business needs, continues to grow. Morgan & Morgan is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as the HR (Human Resources) Data Analyst who will work on projects to meet the people needs of our firm. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting core HR leadership team in various HR data driven projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the HR department.
- Maintain HR databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain basic, query, and data entry reports and dashboards
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create HR business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of the data analysis in written and verbal form to HR leadership
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and HR trends
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
- Advanced Excel skills, proficient in formulas, tables, charts, and formatting with large data sets
- BI experience- Power BI or Cognos
- Python and/or VBA experience
- Basic statistics understanding
- Excel/Data integrations for form filling and surveys
- Azure/PowerAutomate experience
- Ability to process and collate large amounts of information
- Demonstrated time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
