The Morgan Connection team is looking for a Marketing Content Manager, B2B to spearhead the production and execution of content for our attorney referral and co-counsel network. Through events and educational content, The Morgan Connection aims to build relationships with partner and co-counsel law firms and provide access to the insights of Morgan & Morgan’s top attorneys and business operators.
Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will develop content strategy, monitor performance, and manage owned organic channels. This is a cross-functional role with visibility to firm leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the editorial calendar across The Morgan Connection’s blog, email, and social channels
- Manage posting across the Morgan Connection’s social channels
- Partner with team designers and video editors on the production of creative assets
- Direct team writer for copy needed for social media, email newsletters, and blog or act as copywriter as needed
- Strategize and execute virtual and in-person event marketing
- Interview top Morgan & Morgan attorneys and executives to generate material
- Manage requests from Marketing team members for communicating case news and updates to The Morgan Connection audience
- Monitor and reporting on content performance for planning and adjust strategy as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including copywriting and/or B2B content management experience
- Experience working closely with designers, copywriters, and creative teams
- Experience managing timelines and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the legal landscape preferred, but not required
