At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 3,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.
The Outbound Referrals team at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for sending leads that are not handled internally to outside law firms. Our national brand and advertising return our firm cases across a variety of practice areas and jurisdictions that we refer out to the nation's top law firms for various reasons. Even though we have an army of lawyers across the nation, we have many cases other law firms can better handle. We are looking to build out our Referrals team with a South Central Regional Referrals Manager.
The Referrals Manager will work closely with referral partner law firms throughout the U.S. to monitor and oversee current relationships with these law firms and lawyers and regularly develop new referral relationships with new referral partners. This includes monitoring individual cases handled by referral partners, the daily flow of leads to various referral partners, tracking metrics on overall signups and results by referral partners, and assessing areas of improvement by using data and analytics to feed decision making. Once identified, the Referrals Manager is expected to own relationships with current, successful referral partner firms and continuously expand and refine the network in their designated geographical area or nationwide area of law.
