We're currently seeking an innovative Manager to lead our Expense Reimbursement Team, oversee our Corporate Travel Program, and drive our Payment Modernization initiatives. Role Overview:
As the Manager of Expense Reimbursement, Corporate Travel, and Payment Modernization, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our financial processes to be more efficient, secure, and user-friendly. This includes leveraging the latest in payment technologies to modernize how we manage transactions, both externally with vendors and clients, and internally for expense reimbursements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial expertise, strategic vision for technological innovation, and a passion for creating seamless payment experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and operational management of the expense reimbursement and corporate travel programs, ensuring alignment with our modernization goals.
- Champion payment modernization projects, focusing on the adoption of new payment technologies (e.g., digital wallets, P2P payments, blockchain) to streamline processes, expedite payments, reduce costs, and increase security.
- Analyze financial transactions and payment processes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and fraud prevention.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly in the adoption of new payment technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team dedicated to expense reimbursement, travel management, and technological innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the company on best practices in payment modernization, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on financial technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with significant exposure to payment processing, expense reimbursement, and corporate travel management.
- Demonstrated success in leading payment modernization initiatives, including the implementation of digital payment solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest payment technologies and trends, and their application in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions to optimize financial processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team towards achieving excellence in a dynamic environment.
