ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTING CLERK NEEDED!!!
Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for an entry-level Accounting Clerk for our Downtown Jacksonville office who will collaborate with the CFO, corporate controller, regional controllers and the finance team with daily accounting activities. This individual will also focus on book-keeping activities and operational reports.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reports, general bookkeeping, and work on special accounting projects
Responsible for the completion of general accounting projects as assigned
Data entry utilizing Excel / Netsuite Banking Application
You will support a range of activities including, but not limited to AP, AR, general ledger preparation, bank reconciliations, month-end close
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required
Successful candidates will have advanced working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced office environment
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and possess the ability to multitask
