The Role

The MORE Talent Team are ambitious, hard-working team and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be recruiting a high volume of agency roles in Central America and will act as the lead for our Western Hemisphere operations.

This role will support global sourcing, selection, offering & on-boarding & be a crucial influence on increasing our direct hiring & reducing our cost/hire. Your main focus will be to headhunt & process top talent through the recruitment process & proactively develop talent pools of creatives in local and international markets to support creative studios globally with the best talent in the market.

Your Responsibilities;

  • Managing a range of vacancies across a variety of levels & locations ensuring we met our go-live dates in each studio with the best talent sourced direct or via our internal talent pools

  • Holding role briefings with hiring managers/internal stakeholders acting as a business partner managing expectations, educating on the recruitment process, timeframes & talent

  • Advise on the appropriate test, presentation, competency interview questions where necessary

  • Building talent pools from scratch of direct candidates for a variety of roles globally utilising Linkedin other Talent tools

  • Proactively researching the necessary sourcing methods locally in new international markets including job boards, sourcing tools & agencies where necessary to ensure talent pools are built in advance

  • Managing internal applications & internal mobility

  • Shortlist CVs & reviewing creative portfolios

  • Hold telephone interviews with your shortlisted candidates assessing their suitability & potential

  • Advising hiring managers around suitable interviewee, skill-set, competencies & culture fit & appropriate offers

  • Organising interviews & tests internationally liaising with candidates, hiring managers & agencies (where necessary)

  • Managing recruitment agency relationships & role/hiring manager engagement where necessary

  • Managing candidate communications efficiently & empathetically whether they are successful or unsuccessful with their applications

  • Pitching compelling & exciting offers to candidates & close them efficiently

  • Ensuring reference checks are completed

Your Background

  • Solid recruitment experience across marketing and advertising industry, hiring at all levels from an in-house or agency background with a strong creative network  

  • A passion & proven track record for filling roles directly, quickly & efficiently

  • Experience using LinkedIn is essential, other sourcing techniques are advantageous such as x-ray searches

  • Experience hiring Internationally with an understanding of creating talent pools from scratch in new territories

  • Strong attention to detail under pressure & working with high volumes

  • Customer-centric approach & focus on positive candidate experience for both successful & unsuccessful candidates

  • Ability to push back, influence, provide solutions & gain stakeholder buy-in is essential

  • Highly organised with a natural ability to prioritise

  • High levels of tenacity & a delivery-focused approach

  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, push back & ask questions & comfortable in environments of change
