What you’ll do πŸ‘€

  • Cover and support our top 25 Partners overall with a focus on our Asia clients 
  • Responsible for co-leading our Tier 1 client relationships in Asia while working closely with the Head of Partner Success on all Account Management duties
  • Planning and executing our account planning workshops (APW) both internal and external
  • Implementing and revising our Partner Feedback Survey (PFS) quarterly
  • Collaborating with Growth on an exclusivity package to upsell our current Partners 
  • Generating monthly insight reports for our Tier 1 Partners and analysis of the data to recommend areas of improvement
  • Onboarding high priority clients once they pass compliance 
  • Co-leading and collaborating on year end packages for our Partners 
  • Managing all things client related (data requests, new token listings, partner comms, product updates, year-end letters, value reports, conversion rate analysis)
  • Managing and updating our CRM for Tier 1 and 2 clients
