What you’ll do 👀
- Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, paid social campaigns and retargeting
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and conduct extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet company goals
- Generate Weekly and Monthly reporting
You should apply if ✅
- 3+ years as a Paid Media Manager or Performance Marketing Manager
- Previous experience in working for a technology company (fintech preferred, crypto ideal)
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
- Wizard in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram advertising - Reddit and Quora a plus
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc.
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager master
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
