The People team is a new team within MoonPay with the goal of creating a spectacular end to end people experience for our employees. We have experience working at some of the most respected startups and fast growing technology companies in the world. We are solving interesting challenges such as scaling the company rapidly while developing a culture of innovation and equality. The People team is split into two squads, the People squad and the Hiring squad but we work cross functionally on a variety of projects.
You'll Spend Your Time 👀
- Contributing to our overall hiring strategy, leading on key projects / initiatives.
- Leading on the delivery for non technical hiring across a variety of our teams and disciplines e.g Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Growth, People, Compliance.
- Sourcing high calibre candidates through direct channels that make short term and long term impact.
- Growing and developing a team of non-technical Recruiters as we scale.
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders with different hiring needs and goals, creating excellent partnerships along the way.
- Evaluating data to generate insights that help us improve our approach to hiring.
- Contributing to how we approach key areas like employer brand, internal mobility, diversity & inclusion, emerging talent (grad schemes, apprentices), interview training, culture / values focused hiring etc.

You Should Apply If ✅
- You have extensive internal recruitment experience at leading startups or fast growing tech companies.
- You have proven experience hiring for non technical roles through direct sourcing.
- You believe in creating structured and objective hiring processes but know how and when to be pragmatic in a fast growing startup.
- You are capable of managing hiring delivery and strategic projects simultaneously.
- You take a data driven approach to hiring and are comfortable providing regular insights to your stakeholders.
- You're passionate about building high performing and cohesive teams and to do this see cultural assessment as a key part of the hiring process.
- You have experience or the desire to manage, coach and develop other non-technical Recruiters.
- You’ve got experience working on strategic projects within hiring, talent etc.
- Bonus if you’ve built a remote first company and done executive search level hiring.

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:
- Recruiter call (30 minutes)
- Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
- Remote take-home task (role dependent)
- Final interview (2-3 hours)
