Senior Product Designer

At Monument, we’re building a vertical software platform for the self-storage industry. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent a $30 billion market from the ground up.

As our Product Designer, you will work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to design our platform and introduce beautiful UI/UX to the space.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs in Figma.
• Conduct research to inform decisions and validate design prototypes with customers. 
• Work directly with the VP of Product to define a product vision that solves customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs for technical delivery.
• Create a design vision that’s 2-3 years out.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web applications.
• Experience conducting user research to inform decisions and validate your designs.
• You use your strong business acumen to design solutions that satisfy both customer and business needs.
• You are passionate about selling big ideas and building something from scratch.
• You have strong Figma skills.
• You thrive in a team setting.

Remote Work Policy

• Monument supports remote work for this position. We also have an office in Dallas, TX where team members are welcome to work.
• To ensure alignment and cohesion, Monument holds quarterly in-person all-hands gatherings in the Dallas, Texas area. All team members are expected to attend.
