About the role

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our in-house team, bringing fresh, strategic, and innovative ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and managing a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and strategists. You will ensure that all creative assets align with the company’s business goals, brand identity, and audience expectations. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for mentoring to ensure high-quality work and professional growth. You will lead the team to achieve creative excellence, locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

    • Define and execute a bold, creative vision that aligns with business objectives and brand strategy.
    • Develop big ideas, storytelling frameworks, and engaging narratives that elevate our brand’s presence across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
    • Champion design thinking and innovative creative strategies that push the boundaries of traditional marketing and branding.

Creative Execution & Excellence:

    • Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns, ensuring top-tier design, copy, and brand storytelling.
    • Develop creative strategies tailored to both B2B & B2C audiences, ensuring messages resonates across diverse customer segments
    • Review and refine creative assets to maintain brand consistency, tone, and quality across all consumer touchpoints.
    • Ensure that creative concepts are data-driven, consumer-centric, and aligned with performance marketing insights.
    • Set and measure clear KPIs for creative initiatives, ensuring clear business alignment and continuous optimization when needed

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Develop the team to become top creative talents, building a culture of excellence, experimentation, and innovation.
    • Ability to recognize and hire top talents, enforce efficient workflows, manage and prioritize creative briefs and requests, set performance goals and execute performance reviews and feedback.
    • Work closely with the Product team, Communications team, Performance Marketing team and Sales team to ensure creative alignment across all touch points.

Consistency:

    • Ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
    • Drive brand storytelling that is culturally relevant, emotionally engaging, and visually compelling.

Innovation & Industry Trends:

    • Stay ahead of emerging design trends, new technologies, and creative best practices to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
    • Leverage data, insights, A/B testing, consumer insights and creative analytics to refine and optimize creative messaging for maximum impact.
    • Experiment with AI, automation, personalization, and interactive content to push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house), with a proven track record of leading high-performing creative teams.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and multi-channel creative execution.
  • Strong expertise in graphic design, art direction, copywriting, creative and digital strategy, and content production.
  • Experience in concept development, execution and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics tools, and digital content creation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, and brand positioning
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and CRM (newsletter) creative
