Job Description

Momnt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Sales to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, GA with the opportunity to work remotely. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for delivering a consistent pipeline of sales professionals throughout the organization. This person will manage recruitment from inception to completion, including meeting with stakeholders, creating job listings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage employee recruiting efforts from inception to completion
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their job function, role requirements, and overall objectives
  • Create job listings and interview plans in our Applicant Tracking System based on pre-hiring assessments performed with key stakeholders
  • Manage paid recruitment campaigns through job boards as needed for roles difficult to fill
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management
  • Act as coordinator for the entire interview process for all candidates and stakeholders
  • Complete preliminary phone screens on all qualified candidates
  • Coach and train hiring managers and key stakeholders on best practices for interviewing potential candidates
  • Identify new recruitment opportunities outside of the channels currently utilized by the organization
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events as necessary
  • Articulate company values, mission, passion, and career growth opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

What We Look For:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition of Sales, Product, and Operations roles
  • Experience in hiring at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Atlanta-area candidates preferred
  • Prior experience at an early stage, high growth startup preferred

Location

This role is based in Atlanta but can be performed remotely. Remote-based employees may occasionally travel to our headquarters for meetings, team-building events, or as needed by role. Our office in Atlanta remains operational and accessible for all Momnt employees.
