We are looking for experienced travel agents to join our escalations team in the goal of providing top notch customer service. You will be responsible for dealing directly with our clients and third party in an effort to solve complex issues with unhappy customers.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Provide support to our partners overseas (email and phone)
  • Problem solve to ensure that customer cases are resolved efficiently 
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Document all case information

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • Previous experience within the travel industry (specifically flights) or a degree from a travel school
  • To have dealt with complex cases that were time sensitive
  • Familiarity with a GDS (Apollo, Amadeus, Sabre)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & French (oral)
  • Problem solving skills
  • To be customer oriented
