Voluntary Diversity Data Monitoring Notice

Kao will only see periodical reports that are anonymous and aggregated to understand the general diversity of our candidate pool; we will not be able to identify you from these reports.  

We collect diversity data to ensure we create a fair recruitment process for all our candidates. We only monitor diversity data to promote equal opportunities, such as identifying potentially ineffective processes and improving our practices.  

If you choose to provide this diversity data, your answers will be collected by our trusted recruitment platform, Greenhouse, and it is Greenhouse who will provide Kao with the anonymised reports.
