The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Moloco, Inc. is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Contracts Manager to partner with the legal and sales teams across Moloco’s APAC, EMEA, and North America regions to support Moloco’s entire contract life-cycle. This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing legal escalations, implementing legal and other policy projects, and fostering strong relationships across multiple teams to improve contracting processes and support business objectives. 

The Opportunity:

  • Partner with the sales teams across APAC, EMEA and North America regions on contract negotiations with customers and vendors, including drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements with Advertisers, Ad Agencies, Ad Exchanges and vendors, e.g., MSAs, Insertion Orders (I/Os), SaaS Agreements, and NDAs.
  • Oversee and support the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring all contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing training/mentoring/coaching to sales team and other internal stakeholders on use of CLM and CRM tools.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the contracting process to drive efficiency and improve customer experience. 
  • Manage, maintain, and create contract templates, including ongoing maintenance and development of a clause library and approval matrix to facilitate contract negotiations. .
  • Responsible for integrity of contract data in CLM tool, and structuring reports on that data.
  • Provide support on legal escalations, policy inquiries, corporate governance, entity registrations and management, and contribute to overall corporate compliance.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Law degree or minimum of 5 years of experience as a contracts manager, specifically focused on supporting high-volume transactional deals.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and maintaining an internal contracts management system.
  • Experience with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Experience in adtech or machine learning is a plus.
