The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Are you an experienced marketer with a can-do attitude looking to join a fast-paced and growing team? Have you ever worked for a unicorn-valued company? Intrigued by hot industry topics like machine learning, performance marketing, and retail media?

We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager to help raise Moloco’s profile throughout Europe and the Middle East, including some of our highest priority geographies. Working with the Director of Marketing, EMEA and in partnership with the Sales and Business Development teams in London, you’ll contribute to our success by implementing initiatives across functional areas like conferences and sponsorships, field programming and hosted events, growth and digital, communications and press, and product launches.

The best candidate knows that a regional brand is the result of lots of marketing efforts and is a constant evolution. You love collaborating with the global marketing team to customize messages and go-to-market activations to reflect local priorities and audiences. You know how to help sales teams succeed and appeal to discerning and vocal audiences, as well as stand out in a crowd. And you have a growth mindset and prefer wearing many hats in service of larger business and revenue objectives.

The Opportunity:

  • Alongside the Director of Marketing, EMEA, you are responsible for the day to day implementation of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, deliver leads and deepen our relationships with our clients and partners.
  • Coordinate the calendar of events to support sales with lead gen and sales growth.
  • Execute all field marketing logistics, ranging from large conference sponsorships and small customer VIP events to webinars and other online activations.
  • Manage relationships with local event promoters, venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Post digital articles, news, press releases, and publications to social media and our website.
  • Track analytics and report progress on marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Help ensure activities are within budget, drive revenue, and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Submit ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow Moloco’s brand.
  • Research industry events and industry marketing trends.
  • Manage, purchase and organize different swag for various events.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent business degree.
  • A true team player, with B2B events marketing experience.
  • A self starter who is able to work independently, but also in a team environment.
  • Able to work effectively autonomously in a scaling organization.
  • Experience executing events, both large and small, online and in-person.
  • Comfortable and eager to improve skills with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Webflow.
  • Ability to actively engage with local influencers on social media and at community events.
  • Great communication skills, both in writing and in-person; able to clearly communicate ideas, programs, and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-centric startup environment.
  • Critical thinker with a growth mindset who is passionate about helping others win.
  • You have common sense, you are organized and detail oriented. You understand that you need to think of everything when it comes to planning an event.
  • Available to travel internationally as needed, when safely able to do so.
  • Bonus points: experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning space.
