On the People Operations team, we work on the front lines of ensuring the Mode team and our guests are able to thrive. We're looking for a new team member to help support our office and ensure the best possible experience for everyone who interacts with Mode. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to have your hand in multiple facets of a growing business, including acting as the face of Mode for everyone who comes into the office and working with the leadership team on internal projects.
What you'll do:
Greet, screen, and direct visitors and phone calls, creating a consistent, positive experience for office guests
Support our Office Manager with event planning, facilities management, vendor relationships, and keeping the office stocked with supplies, snacks, etc.
Assist with onboarding new members of the Mode team, such as setting up workstations and creating a welcoming first day
Coordinate meeting schedules and visits to the office, including light calendar support for our executive team
Ad hoc projects for the Leadership and People Ops teams
