Mob Entertainment is a startup multimedia studio that is best known for our hit indie horror game "Poppy Playtime".  Poppy Playtime is one of hottest new properties in gaming, and our team is naturally expanding as our ambition expands.  To give a taste of our brand's popularity, Poppy Playtime had 7.5 billion views of Huggy Wuggy videos on YouTube.

The Marketing Associate Intern will support the Marketing Team, assisting both the Community Manager and Associate Marketing Manager with day to day tasks, project and calendar management, and being the liaison with the Licensing Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Support the Community Manager with social media campaign planning and execution.
    • Social Calendar Management
      • Execute the Community Manager’s strategy of social media posts

    • Post engagement reporting
      • Report to the Community Manager, Associate Marketing Manager and
        Sr. Director engagement, successes and optimization recommendations
        of each campaign

    • Asset development, requests and tracking
      • Executing the development of all posts

    • Tik Tok expansion
      • Under the Community Manager supervision, execute a strategy to increase the followers of the Tik Tok Account 
        • Unique post creation
        • Identifying trends and making appropriate posts
        • Developing unique sound clips for users to develop their posts

DIGITAL STORE MANAGEMENT

  • Store Marketing
    • Works with Culture Fly to ensure proper products are being marketed to our audience via email SMS and social media channels
    • Study and report key analytics regarding conversion of top selling items and under performing items
    • Execute the SR. Director’s strategy of product page optimization (video vs static images) and updating all product page descriptions
    • Develop a regular slate of sales (July 4, Holiday, Back To School, etc) to execute at all consumer stores

PARTNER PROGRAM

  • Assist Community Manager with Partner Program outreach
    • Identifying and onboarding new members
    • Work new members through the onboarding process (legal, NDA, etc.)
    • Support Community Manager’s calendar of communication to the partners.

MARKETING

  • Support the Associate Marketing Manager with campaign management
    • Asset development, request, resource tracking and execution
    • Project Management - leading JIRA and meeting agendas
    • Support to Anthony and Ben in asset tracking for all videos

  • Supports conversations between Marketing and Licensing Teams, having regular syncs to make sure plans are aligned and cohesive.

  • Email campaign execution

    • Messaging
    • Execution

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Graphic Design(If no school experience then strong gaming community is acceptable)
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with community management and social media
  • Knowledge of social media process (creation of campaign, development of assets, posting and understanding metrics)
  • Understanding of various graphic design and video asset files and programs

Nice to have:

  • Gaming communities knowledge
  • Active in gaming and social media communities
