QuickFrame is a platform that intelligently connects video makers - individuals, boutique production companies, animation studios - to video creative projects on a global level. Projects range from original live action productions, to editing, motion design, and AR/VR development. The Growth and Partnerships Manager drives revenue growth through strategic relationship-building and identifying upsell and budget expansion opportunities with existing clients & platform partners. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives and performance metrics, identify areas for growth, and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth while ensuring that customer satisfaction and retention remain top priorities. It requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • Account Management: Own and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to foster client loyalty and ensure continued partnership growth
  • Strategic Pitching: Lead and manage the process of pitching QuickFrame’s solutions to new and existing customers. Proactively identify and pitch upsell and budget increase opportunities based on client creative needs, performance, and goals/objectives. Tailor your approach to individual client campaigns and creative needs, ensuring that proposals align with their larger strategic goals and the business pain points they need to solve for
  • New Business Revenue Forecasting & Management: Own the forecasting, tracking, and management of new business opportunities, upsells, and renewals in Salesforce. Regularly update the pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts based on ongoing and upcoming opportunities. Manage detailed account plans and ensure transparency in all revenue-related activities
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data to inform upsell conversations and improve client strategies. Provide clients with recommendations for new video production opportunities, budget optimizations, or holistic partnership improvements  based on key video production outcomes, campaign achievements, or performance results that helped them achieve these objectives
  • Upsell & Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional channels, upsell new content formats, or expand organizational support to meet evolving customer needs
  • Win-back Strategy: Take ownership of win-back opportunities, working with clients who have paused or left QuickFrame to understand their past challenges and develop strategies for re-engagement

Internal Collaboration & Communication

  • Team Meetings: Participate in regular bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with your team lead to discuss pipeline updates, growth strategies, and key account opportunities. Actively engage in weekly team meetings to collaborate on broader customer success initiatives, share insights, and discuss ongoing projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and insights, and sharing constructive feedback with internal teams. Use customer data to guide product development, video packages, customer service improvements, and/or new initiatives
  • At-Risk Account Management: Identify and manage "at-risk" accounts, creating action plans to proactively address issues and prevent churn. Provide timely updates to internal teams about accounts that may need extra attention or have potential to pause services

Customer Success & Strategic Advisory

  • Customer Business Insight: Deeply understand the customer’s business model, goals, pain points, and key stakeholders. Use this knowledge to craft and propose strategic recommendations that deliver measurable value
  • Key Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that you are a trusted advisor who understands their evolving needs and can provide solutions that help them succeed
  • Strategic Meetings: Lead key customer meetings such as Partnership kickoff calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and renewals to strengthen relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new opportunities
  • Problem-Solving & Strategy: Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities and challenges, crafting solutions and strategies that help clients meet their business objectives

Client-Facing Communication & Presentations

  • Exceptional Communication: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crafting compelling pitches and proposals that resonate with clients. Present data and strategic recommendations in an easily understandable and persuasive manner via email, phone calls, and presentations
  • Strategic Recommendations: Deliver insightful, data-backed presentations that demonstrate the value of additional services or increased budgets. Highlight key performance or creative trends to make the case for continued investment

Tools & Technology

  • Data Proficiency: Leverage tools like the QuickFrame and MNTN platforms, and Salesforce to analyze client performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Platform Familiarity: Stay up to date with the evolving AdTech space to better understand the unique needs of clients in these industries and propose relevant solutions. Familiarity with QuickFrame’s platform and tools will be a key asset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, Excel, Office tools, and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc. preferred

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of growing accounts and fostering long-term relationships. Experience in a SaaS, AdTech, or media-related industry is a plus.
  • Client Growth Focus: A demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and execute upsell or budget increase opportunities based on client objectives and performance.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze data, think strategically, and propose creative solutions to drive customer success and business growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to use data to tell a compelling story and inform decision-making.
  • AdTech & Video Production Knowledge: A deep interest in the AdTech industry, with an understanding of the paid media channels and how they affect client needs and opportunities. Familiarity with video production processes and creative development
  • Proactive & Self-Driven: A strong desire to take initiative, work independently, and seek out opportunities for professional growth and team success. You are collaborative, self-motivated, and always seeking to improve.
  • Salesforce & Excel Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce to manage account pipelines, track opportunities, and forecast revenue. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and strategy formulation
  • Presentation Skills: Experience creating and presenting decks in Keynote or PowerPoint that deliver compelling insights, analysis, and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborative Team Player: Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, marketing, and sales to drive customer success and maximize account growth
