The Customer Success team is at the heart of MNTN’s mission, empowering customers to leverage our platform fully and drive crucial business outcomes. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Manager to help shape a new area within MNTN’s Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key partners, including media agencies, technology providers, and measurement providers.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities within partner organizations to expand our network and enhance service offerings.
  • Craft compelling narratives and strategies to demonstrate how MNTN solves challenges for agency partners and their clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, product, and customer success—to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner strategies and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and the MNTN leadership team.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of partner needs and position MNTN’s platform & solutions effectively in the market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies.
  • Provide exceptional support and service to partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress, identify opportunities, and align on future plans.
  • Represent MNTN at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing partners.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the advertising technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and/or large holding companies
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising technologies, including CTV, programmatic advertising, paid search, and paid social.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong client influence, consultative sales approach, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both externally and internally.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and leveraging them to effectively track and forecast business activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance service and revenue objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Candidates in NY or surrounding areas highly preferred
