MNTN is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join the product team in the world’s first Performance TV advertising platform. The product team is a group of highly motivated individuals who are the creative minds behind the MNTN platform. You must run your post like a business and have experience leading your design efforts across different teams while ensuring that your UX design delivers both practical and innovative solutions to the platform.

You will plot user journeys and set the acceptance criteria for your design work as you act as the liaison between stakeholders on your design work. You are expected to schedule meetings regularly with key stakeholders and send frequent updates to the company on all products and releases.

Your ability to communicate effectively and “run a room”, working with a variety of personalities, is pivotal. You will be a part of a team rapidly designing and prototyping new features and ideas for current and next-generation MNTN products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross functionally with other MNTN teams to identify needs and carry out product vision
  • Research user base to uncover and implement opportunities for innovation
  • Come up with compelling solutions for UX
  • Prototype simple & intuitive experiences and collaborate with the development team to inform future product features and benefits
  • Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
  • Create Mockups, Presentations to express your concepts and vet them with your peers
  • Work with product design to bring the ideas to life
  • Prioritize backlogs
  • Work cross-functionally across departments to be the voice of user engagement and campaign management
  • Coordinate with design team to constantly improve user engagement for new and existing MNTN products 
  • Build relationships across departments
  • Become a MNTN subject matter expert 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms and consumer facing self-service apps
  • Background in an AdTech, eCommerce, or client-facing SaaS platform
  • Experience coming up with compelling solutions for UX
  • Passionate about creating beautiful user-centric experiences
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to create product requirements and prioritize backlogs
  • Strong wireframing & design skills
  • Experience with software development in a B2B or B2C “Web Application” environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally across departments and being the voice of user engagement and reporting
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Experience working with Figma or similar design systems
  • Proficiency working with a design system and structuring all your project work in a clean and efficient way
  • Experience with JIRA
