Event Summary: As part of the Diversity Pipeline Program, a networking and job fair event curated for prospective women and diverse candidates wishing to enter baseball operations opportunities featuring Club involvement from all 30 MLB teams and the Office of the Commissioner. The DPP promotes this event to each of the 30 MLB teams with Club baseball operations hiring managers in addition to the collection and distribution of candidate resumes in advance of the event to assist Clubs with targeting prospective candidates (job seekers, students, etc.) to contact at the event and throughout the entire Baseball Winter Meetings. Each attending organization receives their own table-top area (identified by their logo) to connect with candidates. When last held in San Diego in 2022, the event featured over 200 attendees including Club personnel).
