Job Overview

As we continue to expand our commercial footprint and brand visibility, new opportunities emerge for talented leaders to join our Company and accelerate our vision, To Be Every Man’s Favorite Thing To Wear Every Single Day.  The Vice President (VP) of Retail is a newly created role, established to champion our retail store growth & profitability, elevate the visibility of our Brand and create exceptional customer experiences.  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who will drive retail operational excellence and develop strategic initiatives that align to our Company goals and objectives. 


As VP of Retail, you must be capable of analyzing, interpreting and utilizing data to create strategic framework and levers that maximize efficiencies and profitability.  As a key stakeholder in the business, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.  The VP of Retail will be based in Dallas and report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities and Duties


Strategic Leadership:

  • Complete oversight of the Retail channel, encompassing P&L management, developing high-performing store teams, and implementing strategic plans that drive profitability and align to Company goals.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of our retail expansion initiatives, identifying high-potential markets and overseeing the opening of new retail locations.
  • Lead KPI initiatives to drive traffic, increase AOV, optimize sales productivity, and elevate customer lifetime value.
  • Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats to inform decision-making.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including sales performance, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across stores.
  • Implement best practices to optimize store layout, merchandising, and product presentation.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing store managers, and selling teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to empower store teams to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Financial Management:

  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Retail commercial channel.
  • Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop applicable action plans to capture opportunity and/ or mitigate risk to the business.
  • Partner with Planning and Marketing to implement pricing strategies, promotions, and markdowns to optimize sales and margins utilizing the retail lens. Customer Experience:
  • Champion a customer-centric culture focused on delivering personalized experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the in-store shopping experience, including store events, promotions,
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years in retail leadership roles, with a track record of success in managing multiple stores or regions.
  • Recent proven success with an apparel brand; experience with a premium menswear brand preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
