Today, Mixtiles is one of the biggest advertisers in the world on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok - we spend over $40M a year on paid media across multiple channels. This creates a lot of focus from the best people out there, and for that, we need a really great Head of Growth to join us and help us rock the world, do amazing work, and have lots of fun in the process.
As Head of Growth you will:
- Grow our existing paid acquisition channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Google, Influencers)
- Develop and scale new channels
- Manage a team of paid acquisition professionals
- Own our approach to attribution and media management
- Work closely with our creative team on our creative strategy and execution
We are looking for a professional who has:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2C/D2C growth marketing
- Boundless energy towards tackling bold challenges with creative ideas
- “Can do” and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Multi-channel strategy experience, including measurement and attribution
