We’re looking for a Head of Learning and Quality to lead the Customer Services’ training, knowledge, communication, and quality team to ensure we maintain the highest level of support and give our org the infrastructure to do so. You will own the quality of our customer service, overlook, measure, and improve our Learning and Development, onboarding, up-training, and knowledge management tools and procedures. You will work with all departments within our Customer Service org, as well as different functions in Mixtiles to ensure proper knowledge transfer and communication in the day-to-day and during new product or feature launches. 

You will report to our Head of Customer Service

What will you do?

  • Lead the CS department's quality, training, knowledge, and communications teams and domain
  • Manage a quality improvement plan for the entire org
  • Oversee training and development specialists and trainers
  • Develop and rollout strategies for the team, from planning to implementation
  • Prepare work plans and coaching sessions with the team members
  • Mediate between the Israel team and the global Customer Service org ensuring proper rollouts of new products and features



Who should you be?

  • English is your mother tongue (A must!
  • You have experience as a manager
  • You strive for quality in human interactions
  • You can lead communication plans and have experience in doing so
  • You are an expert in the fields of Learning and Development, training and/or Knowledge Management
  • You’re a people person and a data-driven manager
  • You have experience with learning and teaching tools, and know what good training and communication looks like
  • You’re fun to work with and great at building rapports with both your team and other functions at Mixtiles 
  • You’re analytical, organized and have high prioritization skills 



This role is full-time at our TLV offices.
