Meet easyplant - who we are?
As part of our mission to make home design frictionless we understood that plants are the worst home design product that dies constantly. We knew this is an engineering issue and we forged our focus towards a mission to prevent plants from dying. Hence, we invested 2 years and developed a self-watering system that prevents plants from dying. The adoption rates of the product are just phenomenal! And now is the best time to bring onboard a top-notch Product Leader to take easyplant to the next level. As part of the role you’ll be responsible for easyplant's product strategy, people leadership, and execution.This is an amazing opportunity to join the core team of a new, promising startup, that operators under the umbrella of "Mixtiles", one of the top largest Israeli consumer companies.
About The Role
- Build and implement easyplant's strategy supporting the company's mission and vision
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from research to development to iterations post-launch
- Establish, monitor, and assess KPIs, ensuring execution alignment with business goals
- Identify opportunities for growth across the entire user journey
- Foster a culture of innovation while leading and mentoring the team
- Keep strong alignment across all stakeholders
Requirements
- Track record in product leadership roles
- Strong in strategic planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Great understanding of customers and UX/UI
- Self-starter attitude with an ability to inspire others and make decisive calls.
- Exceptional execution capabilities.
- Strong communication across all levels: from C-suite to ICs
- Collaborative experience with diverse teams: Data, Development, Marketing, Operations, etc.
- Agile and adaptive mindset, thriving in dynamic settings
