About The Role
- You will help scale Mixpanel's Business teams while maintaining an extremely high hiring bar
- You will be responsible for managing and facilitating the entire recruiting process for all roles: this includes sourcing, recruiting and hiring candidates within the Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering and Sales Operations organizations
- You will manage the entire hiring process
- You will partner with other departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.) to drive the recruiting process forward through on-boarding
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience recruiting in at least two of the following areas: Sales, Marketing or Operations.
- 4+ years as a Corporate/Sales Recruiter recruiting for a growing software company
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
- Ability to articulate the Mixpanel value proposition and story to candidates
- Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Ability to successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
