Purpose and scope:

  • Sales Responsibilities include:
  • Sourcing and developing self-generated leads and appointments with potential Motive customers;
  • Qualifying prospects and managing sales of Motive products and services;
  • Developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness; * Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships;
  • Engaging with customers during in-home sales consultations,
  • Providing an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on;
  • Meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through self-generated sales leads
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a hunger for knowledge
  • Great computer technology skills, com or similar CRM experience, MS office, and google apps such as Gmail etc.
  • 80% local travel within your defined region,
  • Attend sales meetings, sales events, training, and industry events to keep abreast of the latest Sunrun and industry developments;
  • Create, maintain, and expand customer database within your assigned sales territory;

Technical Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
