Project Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for customer interaction. This individual has a detailed understanding of tracking all purchase orders and understanding of department WIP for P&L. Detail oriented individual that can develop a relationship with customers is a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Recent graduate of a university or college with a degree related to business or economics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and very comfortable with MS Excel
  • Good attitude and aptitude for detailed computer work in business applications.
  • Responding to customers billing questions
  • Maintain billing trackers.
  • Creating and Updating Purchase Orders for vendors
  • Invoicing multiple customers
  • Sending invoice/billing to the customer via email, online or USPS
  • Uploading approved invoices to the online payment system
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding Invoices.
