Role responsibilities:

  • Coordination of supplies and making sure office stock is sufficient
  • Working with Service Desk system, processing Office support requests;
  • Assistance to Facility Management Administrator and HR Team
  • Assisting with travel requests (visas, tickets) if needed
  • Support of international clients (arranging transfers, booking restaurants, other support)
  • Support of recruitment and employer branding activity
  • Frontdesk maintenance
  • Visitors reception, calls distribution
  • Assistance with administration activities (maintaining documents workflow, couriers/ post coordination)

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English - speaking & writing
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • The ability to interact across all levels with clients and Mirantis teams
  • Proven track record in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and balancing competing priorities
  • Can-Do Attitude; Self-starter that can organize work of self and others
  • Ability to work independently to identify issues and resolve without direction
  • Very good organizational and planning skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced start up environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Team player with flexible approach
