The Financial Services team develops Mirakl’s financial services offering dedicated to marketplace. Our most advanced financial services offering, is a future-proof, globally compliant third-party payout solution that seamlessly integrates into existing marketplace payment workflows, so operators can focus on growing their marketplace business. From seller onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) to 1P & 3P funds reconciliation and escrow, all the way up until final seller payout, all processes are handled efficiently and with centrally managed regulatory considerations.

As VP of Financial Services Products, reporting to our CEO, your main mission is to define the strategy with the CEO and execute on our Financial Services vision, ensuring clear communication with all Mirakl stakeholders and customers. You are a key player in ensuring the quality and business value of our solutions.

The position is based at our Paris headquarters, but we are open to other locations (EMEA/AMER East cost).

Key Responsibilities : Define the strategy, Lead the Mirakl financial services product teams and the go-to-market 

  • Lead the financial services team to deliver on the product to develop innovative new features and enhance existing product functionalities to improve our customers' performance.
  • Deeply analyze the market to define new opportunities by reviewing Mirakl’s addressable market, product, go-to-market, and execution requirements. 
  • Collaborate to execute strategy with all internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Alliances, Customer Success etc.) and build awareness of the product. 
  • Hire and lead the Mirakl Financial Services product team & go to market teams 
  • Identify business partnerships likely to add value to our solutions (e.g., white-label partners for regulated financial services).
  • Take ownership of the commercial success of a relatively new business line for Mirakl. 



  • You must have a strong experience in financial processes/products and/or payment systems
  • You have extensive experience in the Fintech environment
  • Proven executive communication and clear leadership skills
  • You have experience in managing, developing teams and growing the associated P&L
  • You are fluent in English and a good level of French would be a plus
  • You are managing products
