Your main responsibilities will include:


Delivering Numbers

  • Actively scan the horizon for opportunities; understand current and next month’s plans
  • Accurately forecast and pace to deliver revenue
  • Consistently achieve group and personal sales targets
  • Interpret and analyse statistical data to maximise selling opportunities, monitor competitor activity and provide regular progress reports to the Executive Team
  • Liaise and work closely with other departments to establish the best business practice to maximise commercial revenue


Planning & Organising

  • Self-sufficient in delivering their plan, drawing in stakeholders when needed
  • Balance short and long term wins to maintain an even pace/ growth
  • Develop a strategy for the Thailand business in collaboration with senior management



  • Can shift from client conversations and commercial thinking to conversations about growth and development seamlessly
  • Actively listen to both senior client and team needs


Persuading & Influencing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Understand and leverage what drives clients to deepen the relationships
  • Build credibility by educating clients on new things, broadening their perspective
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and clients; able to move between work and non-work topics
  • Participate in industry events and conferences


Product Knowledge

  • Broad knowledge of competitor offerings in addition to internal offerings and can position us based on that
  • Able to differentiate our product from the market; shows our value in an easy-to-understand fashion
  • Consistently articulate product position strategies and key selling messages
  • Spot opportunities in the market and are able to make recommendations to product to capitalise on it



  • Extensive selling experience within digital advertising, ideally within the programmatic industry
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • Proven experience closing advertising deals and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong relationships with senior level influencers across a broad set of Agency Groups and Client direct
  • Experienced in forecasting and cost management
