MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Senior Director, App Performance & Experience to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to VP, Ecommerce. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Director, App Performance & Experience is responsible for delivering business outcomes from Mint Mobile’s mobile apps on Android and iOS. This person will lead a cross-functional team of achievers, including product managers, designers, developers and brand marketers, to deliver on clear KPIs that make a material impact on Mint Mobile’s business. 

This role has direct accountability for prioritizing app projects, ideating new work that will deliver on growth goals and communicating roadmap plans up and out for broader organizational visibility. 

This role reports directly to the VP of Ecommerce, and works closely with counterparts in Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Engineering and Product Management.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

Leads the cross-functional app marketing/development team: Ultimately responsible for prioritizing work, maintaining a tight team bond, and ensuring that work adheres to Mint Mobile’s lofty brand standards. 

  • Oversees the development and communication of the core Mint Mobile app experiences: Purchase, Activation, Retention. And will ensure that our plans today are strategically crafted to meet business objectives throughout the year. 
  • Collaborate with VP, Ecommerce to develop annual and quarterly projects and KPIs that will meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborates with other cross-functional stakeholders on the DTC team to identify new opportunities and prioritize work.
  • Build relationships with key partners in DTC, Marketing, Engineering and Product groups.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of roadmap plans and update plans as business priorities change.
  • Ensures an excellent digital customer experience through customer-centric design, content, navigation, architecture, branding, performance and functionality.
  • Ensures engineering resources are focused on the highest opportunity projects.
  • Oversees the efficiency of the App Marketing/Development team to ensure we maintain an efficient, fast workflow with fast time-to-market and minimal overhead. 

WHAT YOU BRING

  •  8-10 years’ experience managing digital experiences to drive business results.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: Able to present complex ideas to senior leadership and get buy-in.
  • Extremely detail oriented, with an innate ability to create multi-level action plans and explain them coherently to cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best-in-class CX, UX, and digital commerce architectures and technology.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes without formal reporting authority.
  • Strong understanding of the numerous channels that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit and groom a team of top-performing digital marketers.
  • Strong communicator with an aptitude for managing and building relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for translating data into action.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
