About the position
We are looking for a collaborative team player to join as our Corporate Recruiter, reporting into the Director of Talent. The Corporate Recruiter will be a strategic influence who partners with the hiring manager for speed, quality, and diversity as their measure of success. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, loves recruiting, and wants to be a leading force behind the next stage of growth at Mint House.
What you’ll do
Oversee and manage full- cycle recruiting processes for various corporate departments and functions at Mint House, including but not limited to: source, job kick off meetings, phone screens, scheduling, structured interviews, weekly syncs with Hiring Managers, and deliver offers.
Act as a brand ambassador in promoting Mint House as a great place to work at all times and manage external job boards
Develop sourcing plans, job descriptions, email cadences in Greenhouse, and build interview guides and rubrics for critical hires
Partner with People Team in conducting thorough review of hiring plans, job descriptions, and build innovative search strategies to attract top talent for current and future opportunities
Create a memorable and enjoyable candidate experience through all stages of the recruiting process
Regularly assist with ad-hoc projects and attend culture clubhouse events
You should have
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a full cycle recruitment capacity, in-house recruiting for corporate functions required; real estate or hospitality preferred
Proficiency w/ Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Proven abilities to source and attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipelines; strong track record of successful closing candidates
Ability to effectively work with and communicate with Senior Leadership & Executives
Grit, desire, and can do attitude; thrives in a face paced environment, where everyone is encourage to participate in and contribute across all teams
An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
Confident in ability to remove roadblocks and practice independent decision making when needed
