As our Director of Sales, you will have a hand in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company as a leading disruptive of our ever changing industry. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential in our Dallas and Austin market by executing sales strategies under the leadership of our Chief Customer Officer.
What you’ll do
Build a cohesive network of business leaders that will drive occupancy in our growing portfolio of corporate housing units by prospecting new opportunities and managing existing relationships to drive future production
Help scale Texas Mint House’s footprint by educating companies the benefits of having their employees and clients stay at our properties
Drive sales process to be the preferred travel partner of the local economy and help disrupt the hospitality space
Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals and building book of business
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Market Leads, Operations, Revenue, and Sales Team
Participates in weekly meetings with the broader team to discuss brand positioning, forecasting, and all aspects of the sales process
You should have
5-7 years of B2B sales experience in a high-end boutique hotel environment (upscale/unique accommodations)
Notable experience developing strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness
Proven track record of closing mid-size large top tier travel brands
Strong outbound process to cultivate new partnerships by quickly identifying the stakeholders and decision-making process
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Passion for out-of-the-box thinking, creating long lasting relationships, and hospitality
