The CPO will lead Product, Technology, and Brand for the entire guest experience.
What you’ll do
Lead and collaborate with C-Suite overall product strategy for designing the hotel experience of the future to balance business growth and long term vision
Create a hyper-focused roadmap and the process centered around the guest experience (access control solutions, loyalty programs, vendor relationships, etc.)
Own the product vision and communicate with C-Suite, board members, and other stakeholders about solutions, learning from existing examples, and speaking on any technical aspects
Responsible for orchestrating decks to be presented in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Managing, mentoring, and growing our Product and Brand teams into their next phase of success
Own and delegate projects to the team on all aspects of the guest experience for the greater team (product, tech, and brand)
Implement structure for measuring performance to deliver on company OKRs of net revenue and guest experience satisfaction
You should have
10+ years of experience at a consumer tech company in an entrepreneurial environment
Design, present plans, and gain consensus to Board of Directors and C-Suite
Experience building products for consumers in fast paced or entrepreneurial environment
Proven leader with a history of scaling a product and tech team, while putting in place organizational structure
High EQ: brings business acumen, empathy, and executive level communication skills; collaborative approach
Motivational leader and mentor who develops and empowers their team
Cares deeply about interacting with the guest and values their experience
Enjoys the freedom of building and evolving independently
