About the position 

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy, this analyst will maximize the value of our properties through data analysis and forming actionable insights.They will need to be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, be detail oriented, and proactively lead projects to improve Mint House’s footprint. This role is for someone who is seeking to hone a knowledge of digital marketing and hotel channel distribution. 

What you’ll do 

  • Coordinate digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and update all OTA’s using necessary tools (e.g. social media and google analytics) 
  • Direct content creation relayed to Brand team, collaborate and monitor closely with contracted agencies to meet target dates
  • Work with revenue and brand teams to create, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels and networks: search, paid social, display, and programmatic
  • Analyze web traffic metrics, suggest solutions to boost web presence, and keep up to date with our audiences preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns 
  • Ensure optimal revenue performance through parity monitoring and meta search maintenance 
  • Spearhead property updates/ad-hoc projects and communicate to relevant teams

You should have 

  • 2+ years work experience in marketing, operations, or a related field
  • Excellent multitasker and strong organization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a data-based, team-centric environment
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Eager to learn and think creatively; interpersonal savvy
