What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with a highly motivated team of client facing consultants to identify commercial opportunities for advanced analytical techniques
  • Experimentation that could include ad-hoc analysis, building custom solutions inclusive of data visualizations, predictive modeling, time series and unsupervised methods to drive value to our clients and analysts
  • Work with other data analysts and data scientists in the acquisition, exploration and management of a variety of data sources for large-scale analysis
  • Continually learn - as a part of a fluid, innovation focused team, you will stay current on emerging data science technologies and other quantitative techniques


What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years professional experience as a consultant in a data analytics, data science, BI or related role
  • Degree holder, advanced degrees and STEM designations preferred
  • Expertise working with complex data sets, including statistics, online communities, consumer surveys, and syndicated sales data, such as IRI or Nielsen
  • High proficiency building custom, ad-hoc analysis and visualizations in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • High proficiency in SQL skills and at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, SAS, etc..)
    • Practical experience and knowledge of unsupervised analytical techniques in R or Python is preferred
  • Skills in presenting data visually, and the ability to converse with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team player with a collaborative nature
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
  • Exposure to the business of consumer goods and consumer behavior a plus
