The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Teams.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern that has a strong desire to learn and grow in corporate recruiting. The position will have varied responsibilities to assist in the day-to-day activities of Talent Acquisition including the attraction of new candidates and recruiting administration tasks.
What you can expect:
Work closely with marketing to create and exemplify our global employer brand on social channels through creating employee spotlights, highlighting community activities and other noteworthy company activities
Sourcing of passive candidates via a variety of channels for intern positions
Assist the HR team with interview scheduling and greeting onsite candidates for intern positions
Assist with the 2022 summer internship program through creating a presence on local campus’ through career fair attendance
Special project work as determined by the team
Who are we seeking?
Current Master degree student with an emphasis in HR or MBA with a concentration in HR or an upcoming graduate with a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Marketing
Intellectual curiosity and self-motivated
Strong organization, problem solving skills and detail oriented
Enjoys interacting with people in person or through phone calls
Ability to work with remote teams globally
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Creative flair – experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms
This position is available beginning in the fall semester 2021. Must have the ability to work approximately 15- 29 hours/week on site at State College Headquarters. Working hours and days can be flexible.
